On 7.2.24, Capt. Michael Halfin, the Authority’s Head of Deck and Simulator Departments, gave a first lecture of an Israeli Official at the IMO (International Maritime Organization).
The subject of Capt. Halfin’s lecture was “Bridge Resources Management Course: Advantages of Integrated Studies, Using Simulator and Psychological Guidance”. It was given at the Main Assembly Auditorium. A great honor for Israel, the lecture gained warm reception by colleagues after months of preparations.
